Anger is a common problem for humans in a  busy world. We do too much and we do this as we do a myriad of other things all at once! 

We are creatures that can multi-task and we use this skill more often than is healthy for the brain. Anger happens as a result of other emotions. Frustration leads the emotional person to anger.
